Works are progressing on the regeneration of the historic Gunsmith House site, situated on the southern edge of the historic Gun Quarter in Birmingham.

This development for Elevate Property Group will create 82 industrial style loft apartments and a conversion of the original Gunsmith House into 3 unique loft style homes.
