Progress Update At St Chads, Birmingham

St Chads Continues at pace with 1st fix drylining now across various floors of the former St Chads Hospital, this is being carried out by our in-house fitout team and are maintaining programme pace.

Within the same building, drainage channels are being cut on the ground floor to carve the way for 233 apartments in readiness for the student intake next year.

Gas membranes are complete to Blocks A & B with 3rd party verification and sign off in place prior to ground bearing slabs being cast in readiness for the Bricklayers to commence superstructures.
