A Bespoke Flagship project: This stunning residential project involved the transformation of previously unoccupied office accommodation, in to 190 stunning 1 and 2 bed apartments.

Detailed works to both the interior and exterior of this building has given the building a new lease of life. Our comprehensive package of works included the creation of an additional extension to the second floor, screeding, render, partitions, and external landscaping. All apartments were fitted with high specification finishes throughout.
