Chertsey Boulevard

Spread across three buildings and collectively known as ‘Chertsey Boulevard’, this project involved the total transformation from previous office accommodation, into 24 luxurious dwellings.

Located in Surrey and comprising a unique mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, these dwellings proved so popular that it was followed by a second phase, featuring an additional 21 like-for-like apartments.
