Announcing the completion of another Interiors project!

This contract involved the installation of partitions, suspended ceilings and joinery to create office space and associated facilities in five newly built logistics units at Indurent Park, Burton Upon Tent.

As well as American white oak joinery and doors, finishing touches also include kitchens with contrasting colours to base and wall units, accentuated by Silestone work surfaces and glass splashbacks. Typical Indurent design features are prominent in the reception areas, carrying a thread of continuity from previous contracts in Derby and Tamworth. These features include custom made oak slats spaced to accept colourful strip lighting and a wall mounted TV, which creates an eye catching feature wall at the office entrance point.

Other notable features include manually adapted, non-standard suspended ceilings purpose built to accommodate narrow modular lighting, and adapted plasterboard bulkheads to hide the fixing points and create a floating effect for the feature steel staircase in the largest of the five units.

With a lovely view across wetlands from four of the offices, we’re sure these buildings will soon be occupied by very happy tenants.
