A full refurbishment of existing offices to modern standards, with the refurbished development totalling 185,000 sq ft of warehouse and 15000 sq ft of office space.

A full British Gypsum system of partitions with a tape and joint finish.
Zentia ceiling grid with Zentia Aruba tegular tiles installed.
A mixed American White Oak and painted hardwood joinery package consisting of American white oak door sets, skirting, window boards and stair strings and balcony profiles.
Kitchens with quartz worktops.
Demountable partitions with Crittall glass effect panels and reeded glass manifestation .
6mm laminated inset mirrors into tiled openings to WC areas.
