Greyfriars House, Coventry

Located in the heart of Coventry, this build to rent scheme involved the conversion and extension of a previously dilapidated, unoccupied building. The transformation of both the exterior and interior truly revitalized this property giving it a new lease of life.

The conversion involved a 2 storey SIPs panel extension to form the 3rd & 4th floors, as well as window replacement and re-cladding of the existing building to give the exterior a much needed lift. Internally, the building has been fully fitted out, forming a mixture of single studios, twodios and threedios, gym, cinema, communal study area and storage facilities.
